"Alan Taylor worked for Dean and Dyball's rail division through ATA Recruitment.from October 2008 to May 2009.

During this time Alan managed a Depot Build / Civils Project in Willesden, North London. As someone (Myself) whose job is to supply candidates to this industry it has to be said that Alan is one of the most professional, Skilful and personable candidates I have ever dealt with. He carried out his duties with maximum skill, effort (leadership and integrity). As a recruiter it is rare to ever receive GOOD feedback on candidates but there were a number of Senior Figures within Dean and Dyball and the client, whom went out there way-to commend Alan on the work he had done. lf not for political reshuffles within the organisation I have no doubt Alan would have been at Dean and Dyball for a significant amount of time.

Setlevel LTD was responsible for project management and site management of £323,000 as part of a £1.9m depot enhancement works. The scope requirements for Setlevel were accomplished with exceptional professionalism within an operational depot with minimum disruption to operations.
